Every Other Sport Would Be More Awesome If Scott Hamilton Was The Commentator (VIDEO)

Scott Hamilton made a splash at the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo by winning a gold medal in figure skating.

But the champ skater is probably due for another medal at the 2014 Olympic Games for his kickass announcing. Hamilton has been a skating commentator for major TV stations since his skating days, and fans get to know his exuberant style every time the Winter Olympics come around. (He's basically the Gus Johnson of figure skating.)

His commentary -- specifically, his play-by-play of Midori Ito's performance in Vancouver in 2010, with the memorable "Triple axel! Double toe loop! Beautifully landed!" -- is so good, in fact, every sport would be better off with it. Check out the video below to hear how sports besides figure skating would sound with Hamilton announcing them.
