Atlanta Neighborhood Group Protests Justin Bieber's Residency

TMZ recently reported that Justin Bieber is looking to move to the Buckhead area of Atlanta, but his potential neighbors have responded in protest.

A group called the Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition took to Facebook to organize resistance at Bieber's prospective address on Monday. The event -- which claims the move would put their children in danger -- currently boasts nearly 300 participants.

The group writes:

As a community here in Buckhead, we have worked hard to achieve our goals and get to where we are. Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community. Some can't even let their children play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence, before. What's to say he won't do it again? As a home owner down the street from this residence, one can assume many people will be contacting real estate agents soon enough.

Le petit Canadian seemed to respond, tweeting, "I guess I'm an easy target for some. I'm still human. I will continue to meet hate with love." Although, it is further unclear whether by "love" he actually means "drag racing," "spitting" and / or "peeing."

UPDATE: According to E! News, the Atlanta protest was a hoax, engineered by Radio 100.5's "The Regular Guys." The real Atlanta residents have yet to publicly respond to the possibility of having Bieber move next door.
