New Yorkers, Getting Around The City Just Got A Lot Easier

Bus riders in both Brooklyn and Queens can rejoice with the arrival of live GPS information that will indicate how far along buses in the two boroughs may be at any given time.

Officials revealed the major enhancement Sunday, which makes good on their promise to provide system-wide bus tracking in all boroughs by 2014.

The information can be easily accessed via smartphone, web, or text message. Just type in a bus route or intersection, select which direction the bus is heading toward your stop, and voila!
