Cops Search For Chihuahua-Toting Bank Robbery Suspect

Not news: Man takes dog to store. Weird News: Man robs bank with chihuahua.

Tucson police are searching for a robbery suspect who they say held up a bank while toting a pet chihuahua.

Here is a photo of the suspect and his dog, provided by the Tucson Police Department:

It happened at a Chase Bank inside of an Arizona grocery store around 10:40 a.m., on March 14. The suspect, who is described as a 35-year-old white or Hispanic male, 5 feet 10 inches and weighing approximately 180 pounds, walked into the store with the dog in a basket and demanded money from a teller.

He allegedly walked off with an undisclosed amount of cash, and his little dog, too.

Police said no one was hurt in the incident, and no weapon appears to have been involved.

Tucson police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
