Wolf whistles be gone! A new Snickers short features construction workers yelling empowering comments at female passersby.

The clever video (watch above) begins with the caption, "What happens when builders aren't themselves?" and shows the hardhats uttering somewhat-polite banalities at first. But then their messages pick up steam.

"Want to hear a filthy word?" one highrise worker screams down to a woman expecting the worst. "Gender bias!" And on the declarations go, surprising the women.

The Melbourne, Australia, workmen were played by actors, according to Mumbrella, but the women were members of the general public and reacted on their own, the YouTube description assures.

The spot plays on Snickers' "You're Not You When You're Hungry" campaign.

This version might leave women who walk by construction sites hungry for more.
