A protest in Mexico turned into chaos on Wednesday when an angry motorist drove through the crowd, injuring at least 12.
Graphic video shows a man arguing with protesters who are blocking a street in the city of Morelia. The confrontation turns violent as objects are thrown and one demonstrator kicks the man.
The man then gets into his SUV, which is parked on the sidewalk, pulls into the street and drives straight into the crowd. Then, he circles back and drives through it again.
None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening, according to Noticieros Television.
The students were reportedly protesting for better access to education.
The driver of the SUV was later found and arrested.
