WGRZ's weatherman Andy Parker broke into a full-on giggle fit Tuesday while reporting the weekly forecast. After what seemed like an off-screen joke not heard by viewers, Parker started laughing so hard that he had to walk away several times to get himself together. Nothing worked.
It must have been a really good joke.
