Watch This Guy Pound Beers And Run In A Circle

That's one way to fight off a beer belly.*

It requires both physical endurance and an ability not to vomit while running on a tummy full of beer.

California Runners founder James Nielsen documented his 4:57 attempt at running a beer mile. He says it's a world record, beating Canadian Jim Finlayson's time of 5:09.

The beer mile requires a runner to drink a can of beer for every lap on a 400-meter track for a mile. The beer must be 5.0 or higher in alcohol concentration and drank from a 12 ounce can that has not been altered. Four beers consumed for four laps. No vomiting permitted.

Personally, we prefer to enjoy our beer in moderation, and can't condone this exercise.

*No it isn't.
