Bear Cub Does His Best Rock Climber Imitation (VIDEO)

Spotting endangered Mexican Black Bears is hard enough. Catching a cub and its mother scaling a canyon wall? Well, that's about as rare as it gets.

But for YouTube user Stephanie Latimer, that's exactly what happened. Filmed on March 21st, 2014, the video was taken at Santa Elena Canyon wall in Texas' Big Bend National Park. Latimer says in the video's description she spotted the pair climbing the wall while she was kayaking and stopped to film.

There are some suspenseful moments, but we promise it has a happy ending!
