For the month of May, HuffPost Style is turning the camera's focus on fabulous moms and moms-to-be in our Beauty Street Style series. Psychologist Lucie Dion is sharing some of her inspiring words of wisdom.
If we've learned anything about mothers, it's that they aren't all the same. But Lucie Dion believes that mothers, well women in general, deserve to feel beautiful. But before we heard her wonderful words, we noticed that Lucie has some brand loyalty going on.
After telling us about the different products she uses on her skin and hair, Lucie pointed out the one thing she would use everyday: "I swear by Lancôme. So I would choose a day cream for my face and a concealer eye cream." Well, looks like this momma knows her skincare.
And does motherhood really change how you see your self? Lucie weighs in:
Before being a mother I am a woman and I truly deserve to feel beautiful. Being a mother, my experience, my selflessness, my confidence and my generosity make me a beautiful woman on the inside and on the outside.
If that isn't powerful, than we don't know what is.
