A Louisiana man who allegedly tried sexually assaulting two women found himself in the hospital, then jail after suffering a stab wound.

Shreveport, Louisiana man Christopher Perry, 43, has been charged with one count each of sexual and simple battery, according to the Shreveport Times.

Last Saturday night, officers responding to a sexual assault call found their suspect bleeding from a stab wound. Perry had allegedly broken into the residence of two women and attempted to sexually assault both of them.

That's when one of the victims armed herself with a knife and stabbed Perry, police said.

Perry suffered multiple but minor stab wounds to his arm, according to KSLA.

After his release from the hospital, Perry was booked at the Shreveport City Jail, according to KTBS.
