Lizzie Randazzo, Founder Of Market Colors, Thrives By Helping Others

After traveling to Africa several times and seeing families in need, Lizzie Randazzo knew she wanted to do something to help. She started Market Colors, an organization that raises money for impoverished African families and vends their hand-crafted goods online.

She credits the success of her company to the goodwill of others -- of strangers who, like her, just hope to see families in Africa thrive.

"The whole reason that Market Colors has gotten to where we are -- and we're still a very young company -- is that people believe in what we're doing," she told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani. "Either they believe that there is this change they can be a part of in Africa or impoverished areas, or they believe, 'This is great. You're doing something I can't do. You and your team are already connected in Africa, so the best thing I can do is to equip you financially to get up and running.'"
