Stephen Colbert Talks About The Changing Tides Of Gay Marriage

Did Colbert Just Change His Stance On Same-Sex Marriage?

Is Stephen Colbert finally coming around regarding his views on marriage equality?

The hilarious TV host took some time out of his show last night to discuss changing public perception about same-sex marriage. After noting that the number of states where same-sex couples has continued to increase in recent months, Colbert turned his focus to Wisconsin's ban on gay marriage being struck down earlier this month. He also noted that the state's governor, Scott Walker, who has opposed marriage equality for the state, has gone silent on the issue.

Colbert admits, "In fact, I too have felt the changing tides. And so tonight in solidarity with Scott Walker I, Stephen Colbert, am officially taking no stand on gay marriage. Where do I find the indifference?"

It's the baby steps, Stephen!
