UPDATE: Drake took to his Twitter account on Aug. 6 to clear up the rumors:

PREVIOUSLY: Drake took the stage at the OVO Fest in Toronto on Aug. 5 and threw what seems to be major shade at ex-girlfriend Rihanna. While the 27-year-old rapper performed "Days In The East," a song that some say was inspired by Rihanna, fiery red images flashed behind him of what appears to be photos of Rihanna and the numbers 6-6-6.

Even Drake Instagrammed a photo from the show, in which the "6" is clearly visible in the background. He captioned the photo, "All I Know":
It should be noted that Drake often refers to Toronto as "The 6," but that still doesn't explain those images of RiRi.
Drake and Rihanna have been on and off for a few years now, but were dating as recently as early 2014, before things fizzled out once again. It's safe to say that they are definitely off right now.
