Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) defeated Republican Gabriela Saucedo Mercer in Arizona's 3rd District Tuesday.

Grijalva, who ran unopposed in the state's Democratic primary, was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2002. This year's race was a re-match between Grijalva and Mercer, whom the congressman defeated in 2012.
