Health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer was kind enough to share two of her favorite quick and easy fall recipes with us! First, Joy likes to take mustard greens, beets, and mushrooms and sauté them until soft, then mix them in with quinoa for a balanced meal. Joy also loves to cook shaved brussels sprouts, sautéed with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, and add in some chopped turkey bacon for protein.
