Chad Carr, a 4-year-old Michigan boy fighting brain cancer, now has his own superhero theme song to aid him in the battle.
"Chad Tough" features the boy in crime-fighting gear while music and TV performers Ariel, Zoey and Eli Engelbert sing of his heroic exploits. Chad's brothers and the University of Michigan basketball team also appear.
"We need Chad Tough," the spoken chorus goes.
Chad is the grandson of former longtime Michigan football coach Lloyd Carr (who voices the intro), so there are a few nods to the school's athletics and their Wolverines team name.
"He's brave just like a Wolverine, the most amazing kid you've seen; he won't stop fighting until he's saved the day," the Engelberts sing.
Tammi Carr, Chad's mom, is glad the song is out to draw attention to Chad and pediatric cancer.
"It’s a great song," she told ABC News. "It’s something I’m going to cherish forever."
