As if cramps, headaches and bloating aren't enough, many women also have to slog through sleep problems in the days leading up to and during their periods.

In fact, according to the National Sleep Foundation, 23 percent of women report disrupted sleep in the week before menstruation, and 30 percent report disrupted sleep during.
