Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber (D) has won his re-election bid, defeating Republican Dennis Richardson.
Kitzhaber, who was elected in 2010, previously served as Oregon governor from 1995 to 2003. With Tuesday's victory, Kitzhaber is set to serve an unprecedented fourth term as the state's governor.
Richardson is a member of the Oregon House of Representatives, where he's served since 2003.
