This CEO Thinks It's A 'Ridiculous Economic Decision Not To Empower Women'

Rick Goings, CEO of Tupperware, said his company is about a lot more than food storage.

"The whole thing is aimed at making life easier," Goings told HuffPost Live in Davos.

Goings revealed his company is the number one seller of cookbooks in France.

"Bet you didn't see that coming," he joked.

Goings emphasized how his company is used by many women as a road to entrepreneurship. He said there needs to be a "mindset change" in order to make sure women are empowered and have equal representation worldwide, and said "it's a ridiculous economic decision not to empower women."
