Season 5 of "Game of Thrones" premiered for some lucky people in London on Wednesday, and suddenly the entire realm seemed to go mad. The reviews have been great, but that's not the issue: the evening had Starks fraternizing with Lannisters, the new characters acting cool with everyone and, wait ... is that King Robert? Didn't he die in Season 1?
