I was gathering up my things after a Naked Retirement workshop for a major hospital in the metro Detroit area when I looked up and saw a woman standing in front of me. She was not only invading my personal space, but she wasn’t happy.
I was a bit nervous and confused because my workshops usually end on a high note with people feeling good about the time we spent together. I’m a former social worker, so I can usually tune into a person’s mood and thought direction very quickly, but I was batting a zero here.
