Chiwetel Ejiofor might be your latest Marvel villain.

Details about who the "12 Years a Slave" Oscar nominee will play in Marvel's "Doctor Strange" have leaked. According to Deadline, Ejiofor will reportedly play Baron Mordo in the film alongside Benedict Cumberbatch's titular Doctor.

In the comics, Mordo is an enemy of Doctor Strange who attempts to kill their mentor, Tibetan sorcerer the Ancient One. However, Deadline reports that Mordo will be slightly different in the film version, and instead be a blend of multiple characters from the "Doctor Strange" universe who isn't completely bad.

Ejiofor was previously rumored to play the Ancient One, along with Morgan Freeman, Ken Watanabe and Bill Nighy, but the latest name attached to that role is Tilda Swinton. Either way, Ejiofor, Cumberbatch and Swinton sound like a pretty solid trio to us.

The Huffington Post has reached out to Marvel and Ejiofor's reps for comment, but one was not immediately received. "Doctor Strange" will be written by Jon Spaihts ("Prometheus") and directed by Scott Derrickson ("Sinister"). The film opens Nov. 4, 2016.
