Real estate billionaire Donald Trump is running for president in 2016. He vows to build a great wall along the Mexican border, repeal Obamacare and "make our country great again."
But enough of that, because when it comes to Trump, there's really only one thing on all of our minds.
What will happen to "The Celebrity Apprentice" while he campaigns?
Thankfully, the hosts of MSNBC's "Morning Joe" are just as concerned as we are, and asked Trump this very question during an interview that aired Thursday morning.
Trump said the show has been renewed, but the producers don't want anyone else to be the host except him.
"NBC loves Donald Trump," he said. "They hate that I'm doing this, they hate it," he added, referring to his presidential run.
The reality TV host said that he even suggested that his daughter, Ivanka Trump, replace him as host.
"They don't want to use somebody else," he said.
So when it comes to the show's future, the GOP contender told "Morning Joe" it all depends on what happens in the election. And for the first time, he showed a little doubt in his own ability to win... sort of.
"I've always heard that a very successful person cannot run for political office," he said. "Maybe it's going to be true. I'm going to find out."
