If you've taken a yoga class before, the instructor probably had you move into Utkatasana -- the chair pose.

Chair pose certainly burns -- it works your quads, hamstrings and core all at once -- but if you're ready to kick things up a notch, the video above is for you. Yoga instructor Rudy Mettia takes you through a power squat, which will definitely tone and strengthen your legs, back and bum. And the best part?
