First Trailer For 'Heroes Reborn' Introduces New Vigilantes

Meet The New Vigilantes In First 'Heroes Reborn' Trailer

Where have all the heroes gone?

In the first trailer for NBC's new event series "Heroes Reborn," a Texas town is in chaos following a recent terrorist attack and in need of someone to save the day. Picking up five years after the events of its predecessor series, "Heroes," the new show finds a new set of vigilantes in hiding. Each of them, including Tommy (Robbie Kay, “Once Upon a Time”), Emily (Gatlin Green, “Criminal Minds”), Malina (Danika Yarosh, “Shameless”), Miko (Kiki Sukezane, “Death Yankee 3”), Carlos (Ryan Guzman, “The Boy Next Door”), Luke (Zachary Levi, “Chuck”) and Joanne (Judith Shekoni, “Twilight: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2”) begin discovering their extraordinary abilities.

The trailer also teases the return of Masi Oka, who played Hiro Nakamura in the original show. Jack Coleman will also reprise his "Heroes" character Noah Bennet in the new 13-episode series.

"Heroes Reborn" premieres on Sept. 24 at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC.
