We all know that fishermen catch the seafood we eat - but how does it get from their nets onto our plates?
For one family, that question has been on their minds since the turn of the 20th century. F. Rozzo & Sons has been working out of Manhattan for well over 100 years and today they are still going strong, selling to some of the best restaurants in the world.
So we sat down with owner Louis Rozzo to learn about getting the fish from the ocean to our plates and the entire process in-between.
