BLOOMINGTON (The Borowitz Report) - Sarah Palin's book tour hit a snag today at the Mall of America as hundreds of autograph seekers waited in line as the former Alaska governor tried in vain to spell her name.

"Sound it out," whispered Ms. Palin's book publicist as the line of impatient fans snaked around the mall.

After hours of waiting for the bestselling author to spell her name, many of the book-buyers went home disappointed.

"This was a big old waste of a day," said Carol Foyler, a homemaker from nearby Shakopee. "I'm sure going to think twice before coming out to see Carrie Prejean sign her book." More here.
