Alexander Spangher

Student, Columbia University

Alexander Spangher is a rising senior at Columbia University, where he is double majoring in Neuroscience and Computer Science. He enjoys playing jazz and classical bass, composing, engaging in late-night political discussions and cooking. The craziest thing that has ever happened to him was the night he spent homeless in San Francisco because his twin brother and him cannot coordinate travel goals, dates, or even locations with much accuracy. He loves Costco and all things cheap, good and New York. He's into traveling and recently returned from teaching English in Beijing, interning in Jordan and visiting family in Italy; yes, after some time abroad, one really does begin to miss burgers.
