Alexandra Nicewicz Carroll

Professorial Lecturer of Peace Studies and Academic Advisor

A Boston-girl living in the Washington DC area, Alexandra teaches peace studies and conflict resolution at The George Washington University and works as an academic advisor at The Catholic University of America. Alexandra earned her Ph.D. at Catholic University in 2012 and studies how literature functions as a tool for coping with trauma and suffering. She has written articles on Mikhail Bulgakov's _The Master and Margarita_ and Hannibal Lecter.

When not being academic, you can find Alexandra baking, watching horror flicks, curling, crocheting, reaching, and nerding out about Star Wars.
