Alison Kirk is the Community Relations Officer for the Delaware Office of Highway Safety. She is responsible for designing and implementing traffic safety marketing and communications programs for Delaware including seat belts, motorcycle safety, pedestrian safety, distracted driving, impaired driving, and child passenger safety through grassroots community activities, corporate outreach, paid media, enforcement and local sporting arenas.
