Alison Pennington is a staff attorney in the Immigrant Rights Program of the Asian Law Caucus. She primarily represents immigrants in detention and those who are facing deportation. Prior to joining the Asian Law Caucus, Alison was a staff attorney at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and an attorney at the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center, providing legal services to immigrants at the largest detention facility on the east coast. She earned at J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Columbia University.
