Allison Grealis

Director, Women in Manufacturing

Allison Grealis is director of Women in Manufacturing, a national group with an aim of attracting and retaining women in the industrial sector and director of member services of Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), a full-service trade association representing the $113-billion metalforming industry of North America.

Since joining PMA is 2001, Grealis has held a variety of positions that included district, committee and division management, affinity partner relations, sponsorship sales, new product and service development and member services. Prior to joining PMA, Grealis served as director of development and marketing for the Covenant, a not for profit drug and alcohol treatment center for adolescents, as a research assistant for the City of Akron’s Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and as a campus organizer with the Massachusetts Public Interest Group (MASSPIRG).

Grealis earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a certificate in Women’s Studies from Ohio University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Akron.
