Ami Dudzinski Mehr

Breast cancer survivor, mother, competitive rower and seasoned life sciences software professional.

Ami Dudzinski Mehr is a breast cancer survivor under 40, wife and mother of a beautiful three year old boy, and member of the Boston, Massachusetts area rowing community. She has volunteered for over 15 years for one of the largest regattas in the world, the Head of the Charles TM, held in Boston every year and is currently a member of the Race Committee. Professionally she is a Consulting Practice Senior Director for one of the worlds largest software companies and has over 13 years of experience working on enterprise-scale programs in the life sciences software industry.

She holds a BA in Mathematics from Wells College in Aurora, New York and is active in the Wells College Alumnae and Alumni Association. She has continued to focus on leadership for women at the Simmons College School of Management. She is a leader of the women's leadership community at her company and regularly attends events held through Simmons to continue to broaden her leadership skills. She has focused the time since her breast cancer diagnosis on raising money for the American Cancer Society, going public with her journey to raise awareness for early detection and also supporting other young women diagnosed with breast cancer. She has most recently been the caregiver to her mother who was diagnosed with breast cancer six months after her and is her guardian angel.
