Anne P. Mitchell is an attorney, legislative consultant, and CEO of ISIPP SuretyMail, one of only two companies in the world to provide email reputation certification services. A graduate of Stanford Law School, she is deeply involved in email and email marketing legislation, law, and policy, and an author of part of the U.S. Federal anti-spam law, CAN-SPAM. Prior to becoming one of the first email policy attorneys, she was one of the first fathers' rights lawyers in the U.S..
