Amy Leo is a singer-songwriter, keynote speaker, mental health educator, and music community leader who is all about making music +life fun again!

Her debut EP, Quarter life, is playing on college radio and on online platforms such as Spotify and Soundcloud.

Popular songs include: “The New Girl,” an expose on bullying, and “Crooked Story,” an illustration of the nature of domestic abuse. She is currently working on her second studio album.

Passionate not only about music, but mental wellbeing, she also hosts events, gigs, and group/one-on-one trainings that introduce an educational framework for health, based on three simple principles of human functioning.

Those in attendance report that they now experience more freedom, peace of mind, and greater clarity in their day-to-day lives without the use of tips, tricks, or techniques.
