Ms. Perez is a veteran banker and co-founder of NovoPayment in 2004, a recognized leader in reloadable prepaid solutions.

In 2010, she was recognized as one of “Latin America’s Top 25 Businesswomen” by Latin Business Chronicle, was a finalist for “Best Latin American Executive” at the 5th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business (2008) and has been nominated for the prestigious “Cartier Women’s Initiative Award “(2007).
