Andrew Sniderman is a Rhodes scholar studying international relations at Oxford University. He co-founded the Washington-based Genocide Intervention Network (www.genocideintervention.net) and helped launch Canadian Green Bonds (www.greenbonds.ca). Andrew was born and raised in Montréal and graduated with a BA in philosophy and political science from Swarthmore College, Philadelphia.
