She has served corporations with training, executive leadership coaching and facilitation for the last twenty years. Ann was a Clinical Social Worker in her previous life. Her therapist’s background gave her the knowledge to work with individuals and teams in corporate settings in the areas of personal development, behavioral assessments, team-building, problem solving, leadership and more. Professionally, Ann was Executive Director of Treatment Centers for Parkside Medical Services, thus giving her direct management skills, responsible for budget, hiring, staff development, organizational change and more. Ann was a tenured University Professor at Governors State University in University Park, IL and taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas, Austin. (She lived in Austin for 20 years, moved to New York City for 9 ½ years and returned to Austin in 2015). Ann is known as a “workplace culture expert” having worked deeply with work groups to create cultures where people have high morale, are productive and high functioning, committed to their organizations, and happy going to work. She ascribes to the belief that if companies take care of their employees, then their employees will take care of their customers. She recognizes that the employee is the internal customer and she calls management forth to honor and develop their management teams. Ann mainly coaches high-level managers and “high potentials” and helps them transition from managing to coaching and leading.
