Dr. Anne Gallagher is a lawyer, practitioner and scholar. Considered an international authority on human rights and gender issues, according to the 2012 Trafficking in Persons Report prepared by the United States Department of State, Dr Gallagher is ‘the leading global expert on the international law on human trafficking’. Gallagher and Fiona David are the co-authors of The International Law of Migrant Smuggling, just released by Cambridge University Press.
