Atilio is a Los Angeles painter who makes work of everyday experiences as his focus. His work shifts between various dimensions of reality, capturing fluent, dreamy and sometimes difficult experiences of children. Atilio believes that “we are all subject to experience anxiety, fear and boredom as a result of a staged culture”. He has exhibited nationally and internationally and is currently represented by George Lawson Gallery in Culver City. Atilio received an MFA from Claremont Graduate University.
