Audrey Ariss is the Director of Research and Design at the Center for Open Data Enterprise in Washington, D.C, where she co-leads international initiatives. Audrey has spent the past five years focusing on the use of data and technology for economic development. Audrey holds Masters in International Affairs and Quantitative Methods from Columbia University and a Bachelors in Modern History and French from the University of Oxford. She was a 2013 Google Policy Fellow.
