Bill Schilling is semi-retired and is the Founder and CEO of Wyoming Mentor. He served as president of the Wyoming Business Alliance/Wyoming Heritage Foundation from 1986 to 2017 and as executive director of Leadership Wyoming from 2000 to 2017. He was instrumental in establishing the Hathaway Scholarship Program, the founding and creation of Leadership Wyoming, and the development of the Governor’s Wyoming Forum, as well as leadership roles in many state and local civic initiatives. He is a member of the ENDOW Council, Government Efficiency Commission, the Governor’s Global Technology Summit, and the University of Wyoming College of Business Advisory Board.
