Bim Ayandele

Bim Ayandele is a senior associate at Winner & Associates, an issues and reputation management firm in Los Angeles.

Before joining Winner & Associates, Mr. Ayandele served as the Director of Cures Now, a Los Angeles based non-profit organization leveraging a coalition of actors, directors, producers, musicians, and writers to promote the rapid, responsible and ethical advancement of science-related social issues, such as stem-cell research and diabetes awareness.

Mr. Ayandele has provided artist representation services to high-profile clients at Handprint Entertainment, the firm run by entertainment industry executive Benny Medina. Mr. Ayandele also worked with the GRAMMY Charities at The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences to address strategic branding and revenue issues, after launching his career at the entertainment hub, Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

A founding partner with the grassroots organization 008, Mr. Ayandele developed and implemented some of the pioneering guerilla marketing techniques that were instrumental in deciding the 2008 United States presidential campaign. He also serves as a National Founding Co-Chair of Generation Obama which, through a national network of 66 chapters and thousands of members throughout the nation, advocates for charitable, civic and political initiatives across the country. He recently spent the first 100 days of the Obama Administration helping to launch the White House’s Office of Public Engagement.

Mr. Ayandele holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.
