Brad Silberling is a director and screenwriter whose films include City of Angels, Moonlight Mile, and Lemony Snicket's a Series of Unfortunate Events. He is an active member of the Director's Guild of America, a longtime supporter of the Brady Center for the Prevention of Handgun Violence, and he and his wife, actress Amy Brenneman, are very involved in supporting public education in California. They reside in Los Angeles with two children.
