Brook Kreder

CEO, VisitCasper

Brook Kreder may have grown up in Nebraska, but to her, Casper has always felt like home. As an entrepreneur with experience in marketing, consulting, brand building and strategic planning, Brook believes collaboration and investing in opportunities are the key to a successful tourism campaign. In addition to creating a popular blog for women runners along with her book -- Onward! The Sole Revolution -- Brook has started small businesses, grown large ones and enhanced tourism in many communities. She’s attracted to projects where she can instigate constructive and meaningful change, so as VisitCasper’s CEO, she is thrilled to have an opportunity to impact the city she loves. Working with a highly qualified and experienced CVB staff, Brook is excited to grow Casper’s meeting and conventions business, develop front-line staff training programs, and create new opportunities with important stakeholders — Casper’s residents. And while the town's positioning as a gateway to Yellowstone with world-class fishing, recreation, and historical attractions makes Casper an easy to sell to tourists, Brook believes friendly locals are our community’s best asset.
