Burton L. Wise
Retired neurological surgeon
Burton L. Wise is an 84-year-old retired neurological surgeon who lives in Mill Valley, California. He graduated from the New York Medical College in 1947 and completed his training in Neurological Surgery at the University of California San Francisco, then served for two years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He was a member of the faculty at U.C.S.F. until 1968, then in private practice in San Francisco. He is author or co-author of 80 medical journal articles and three books.
