Council for Adult and Experiential Learning

For 37 years CAEL has been a national non-profit leader in the fields of adult learning and workforce development. Since our founding in 1974 CAEL has been an active partner with government, business, labor community-based organizations, and higher education, addressing skill development to promote individual growth and respond to emerging community workforce needs. With a membership of over 700 colleges, universities, corporations, labor unions, associations, and individuals, CAEL is headquartered in Chicago and also maintains offices in Denver, CO and Philadelphia, PA.
