Candace Deal

Candace Deal holds a M.Ed and S.Ed in education and has been a freelance writer for more than 20 years. She’s written for education journals, parenting magazines, and curriculum publications. Candace, a teacher and recently retired school administrator, currently works as a teaching assistant for Kennesaw State University in Atlanta while she completes work toward a MA in Professional Writing. She is a regular contributor to afterfiftyliving.com and writes devotionals for Smyth and Hewly’s. In her spare time, Candace is revising a collection of personal essays titled The Best is Yet to Come.
