Carol Hamilton is President of L’Oréal Luxe USA. Under Carol’s leadership during her 30-year career, L’Oréal Paris became the largest beauty brand in the USA. In 1997, L’Oréal Paris made a long-term commitment to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) and since then has helped to raise over $13 million on behalf of the organization. Carol and her husband, Rodney, split their time between New York, and their country home in Connecticut.
